Personal service
Being an independent travel company enables us to tailor our services specifically to your individual needs. It means we are not forced to promote a certain product due to our particular alliances, therefore ensuring you, get the best possible deal.
Telephone calls are answered promptly by a staff member and transferred through to your dedicated consultant without delay or having a recorded message ask you to press various 'buttons' before speaking to a consultant!
A dedicated consultant, plus a back up consultant, will be assigned to your travel enabling a relationship to be built up so that we fully understand your requirements.
Expert knowledge and advice
Wentworth Travel has a team of experienced consultants with a comprehensive knowledge of both the Corporate and Leisure travel industry, who are here to manage your travel arrangements.
Our consultants are continuously kept up to date on airfare changes, as well as destination knowledge. They are encouraged to travel regularly so they not only know new hotels, but are familiar with airport procedures and airline standards.
Our senior consultants are trained to extract the best from our reservation systems to provide you with the best possible routes and connections on the airfare which best suits your needs.
After hours service
Consultants' hours are from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. However, we provide a 24 hour on call service by mobile telephone. All our senior consultants have access to our complete computer system from their home, should any changes need to be made last minute.
Speed of response
Wentworth Travel is committed to responding to your telephone and email queries in a timely and efficient manner. Our travel consultants have the flexibility to arrange your trips on short notice and handle any last minute changes.
Attention to detail
We strive for excellence, with an emphasis on attention to detail. All itineraries are double checked by another consultant to ensure a 'zero tolerance' for errors. Our clients can be confident that their travel arrangements will run smoothly.
