Beverley Cohen – Managing Director Bev started working as a Consultant with Wentworth Travel in 1980; it was not long after that Bev took over the business and has since built one of Sydney’s most successful travel agencies, managed a team of consultants and visited almost every city in the world.
Bev’s passion for travel commenced in 1970 when working as an air hostess for Qantas travelling throughout major international destinations. During this time, Bev travelled extensively throughout Europe, establishing relationships with many boutique hotels that our guests still enjoy today. Bev loves to experience the best of both worlds in travel from visiting some of the most beautiful cities and hotels to living like a local in a small town. She loves gourmet delights and fine dining and draws upon her own interests to create something special and unique for her clients.
Bev encourages her staff to never lose sight of customer service, promoting ongoing training and the continuous pursuit of knowledge, which has contributed to the continued growth of Wentworth Travel. Her clients have been her best trainers. They have demanded a high standard and she has not let them down.
Bev has been identified as one of Virtuoso’s Most Admired Agents with nominations in 2008, 2009 and 2010. Her commitment to the industry was acknowledged by Virtuoso with an exclusive invite to Scotland in 2009.
Bev organises the company tours and handles communication with partners and works with her daugther Anna in the operations and management of the company. < BACK |
