Bhutan is known for its culture, architecture and archery. It’s a land of soaring snowcapped peaks, alpine meadows and densely forested hills.

Bhutan’s serene country is cradled between its husky neighbours China to the north and India to the south. The lands includes subtropical savannahs to forests to the unforgiving Himalayas that guard the country’s eastern border.

Despite the rapid rate of modernisation, Bhutan isolation, domestic policies and controlled decision to limit tourism have helped to protect Bhutan’s culture and its natural beauty.
